How do you get rid of this start up screen and sign in?

Hi you guys!

Can you tell me where to get rid of this start up screen and sign in..... See Attached.

I do not what to have to sign in to my mac pro all of the time.

Log in to your Account, then go into System Prefs>Users and Groups. At the bottom of the Sidebar, click on Login Options and then turn on Automatic Login for your Account.
