Full Screen Issue

My iPhone SE2020 ( iOS 14.3) won't show the full screen.
For example if I go into my online banking only the central section with my accounts show up. To the left and right of this section are various functions you need to operate or view the various online account functions but these are not visible.
How do I get it to show the full screen?

Hello,

-Are you accessing it via Safari or an actual app for the bank?
-What happens if you rotate to landscape view?
-Can you pinch and zoom out?

Hi,

Not sure if this will help.

1) Go to the phones setting menu and scroll down to Safari.
2) Open it and under ( settings for websites there will be a page zoom selection). screen shot 1
3) Open this and select the percentage you want. screen shot 2
