Disable Proxy influence on Safari & AppStore

Hi,

I have set the mac (OS X Lion) network to work with the organization proxy which located in France.

When I am Google searching on Safari (Safari 5.1) the results I get is from gooogle.fr. how do I change it to search in google.com?

The second issue is with AppStore (AppStore 1.1) which also in French and not in English.

Please advice.
