I have LibreOffice on my Mac. I create .odt & .ods (and .docx & .xlsx) files in my iCloud and want to open them with OOReader.

I found several sites telling me how to make it default, but nothing seemed to fit, at least with iPadOS 15.7.

I want to click on a document in the Files app and not have Word or Excel open.

Is this still supported?

Hi,

Have you tried opening them on the iPad with the OOReader app directly, instead of using the iCloud Files app? I am not sure you can set a file default on iOS when using the Files app.
