Create a high sierra system disk on a flash drive

i want to create a system disk on a 64 gig flash when i run install os high sierra app and chose the usb dive it it is greyed out. if i click on it it tells me it doesnt use the GUID partition scheme, referes me to disk utility which doesnt let me set up a GUID partition scheme. Help! I don't want to create a installer disk but a system disk

never mind. figured out what i was doing wrong
