After reading all of the negative about the Catalina upgrade, which my iMac keeps prompting me to install. I have elected to not install at this time, until all of the bugs have been eliminated.
-Which model Mac?
-Which version of OS X/macOS?
-Are you having issues?
Macs really don;t get viruses in the traditional sense. They are susceptible to malware/adware though, and Malwarebytes for Mac is the best tool for that. If you really want an antivirus, I suggest ClamXAV. However, I suggest running it in fully manual mode, and disabling the Sentry background monitor, as it can slow down your Mac.
