Thunderbolt Docking station compatible with Mac OS Catalina

I just bought a 2019 MacBook pro. I am having trouble finding a thunderbolt docking station that is compatible with Catalina OS. I bought more than one and have had to return them bought because. they will not work on my mac. I need the dock to have thunderbolt port, HDMI, ethernet, Sim card reader and uses flash drive and power the laptop. I also need it to not be cost prohibitive. Can anyone help. Thank you

OWC USC-C does NOT work with Catalina. I have had one for a couple years and when I updated to Catalina I lost HDMI, power, LAN and SD card reader. I call them and they have no firmware fix at this time. I am stuck back in Mojave until I can find one that will work with 64 bit only.
