Can't turn on Macbook

I installed monolingual a long time ago, but changed my language yesterday, an my macbook won't turn on. It stays at the apple logo and I can't even turn it on from safe mode.

Is there any way to open terminal or something to change my language back to English?

Possibly the following.
sudo /System/Library/Coreservices/Language\Chooser.app/Contents/MacOS/Language\ Chooser

Now select the language you want from the new window, then click arrow bottom right.

What Mac OS X version do you have installed?
