Can't run Xcode 8.2 please help

Hello i have just installed Xcode 8.2 from App store on my MacOS 10.11.6 El capitan. I cannot run it because of this error. Please help

I tried several versions of Xcode, including 8.2.1. All had the same problem.
But I did already solved the problem. I had to disable SIP for some reason, after that the program started without any trouble.
