Can't launch Entourage! Help!

I have a macbook and have been using entourage without any problem for some time. Then today, I suddenly find entourage has disappeared from the dock. I tracked down the application in the hard drive but it won't launch.

It simply bounces once and then nothing happens. I think I still have the MUD files but no use if I cant even open the application!

Can anyone help? Thanks...
