Bought used Mac, tried to reset. Deleted Mac partition, now I'm stuck with windows

This thing was bootcamped or whatever you call it
I can only get into the windows partition

Restarting and holding the option key, or the command and r key boots me into safe mode for windows

What's the next step I can take here to getting this fixed?

I'm no expert but can you boot it up with the OS X disc in the drive? That might be a start....
