Can anyone suggest a reason as to why my mac computer will not connect with my iPod using bluetooth. The bluetooth is switched on and the computer screen displays the iPod icon with not connected showing. The iPod bluetooth switched on also shows on its screen the computer with not connected showing. I click to connect both devices, both say connecting for about 4 seconds then the iPod on the computer screen reverts back to not connected and the iPod says connection failed - saying 'make sure imac is turned on and in range' (which they are both on and in range) I have tried turning both devices off and on again. Any suggestions please. Many thanks.
