Hey all, thanks in advance.
Starting sometime today, a very thin (1 pixel), horizontal dark bar is across my monitor. I have tried restarting my computer, shutting it off and removing the battery, and holding down the power button for 5 seconds. That's as far as tech support got me, and so here I am.
There doesn't seem to be anything physically wrong with the surface of the monitor (no scratches, no cracks, its never been dropped, etc.), and the line doesn't appear when I take screenshots.
I have a macbook 5,1 and OSX 10.5.5
Any help would be fantastic,
