Help! My Mac display is black & white!

Someone suggested that b&w screens were less addictive, and so I somehow changed my display to b&w. However, I now need to use colour for a design project, and I can't change it back. I've tried playing around with the display preferences, but all I managed to do was to add a blue tinge to my display. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

It will depend on the OS you are using, but in High Sierra you can click on the apple logo > System preferences > Accessibility > Display. then uncheck use greyscale
