I am workin on a mac G4 in OSX 10.3.9

All my adobe software has suddnely stopped launching, yesterday everything launched as usual. I turned the machine on today and the icons for Illustrator and photoshop CS just bounce for a couple of seconds then I get the unexpected quit message.
I have not updated or added any new fonts or changed anything on the machine

I have even installed illustrator 10 and photoshop 7 and they just do the same.

I have tried resetting the priviliges and deleting com.adobe.photoshop.plist

Grateful for any help or ideas

Hi there and welcome,

run Repair Permissions in Disk Utility, restart and then try them again...

Let us know if that helps.

...oops sorry you have already tried that !

Reboot from the OS install disk...Do Not reinstall...go to the menubar and open Disk Utility, then run Repair Disk, then Run Repair Permissions...this may help.

hi..
create a new user and try to lunch the app. if it is working it means that your pref is damaged .. if the new user not working try to uninstall the adobe software ( mainly all adobe files in system library) then reinstall it again ..
tell me if it is working or not...
