..x..my Safari's Not Workin =|..x..

When i try to open Safari it says:
"Safari can’t connect to the server.
Safari can’t open the page “http://www.myspace.com/” because it could not connect to the server “www.myspace.com”.

Im not too sure whats wrong with it. I also want to buy a song from iTunes but when i click iTune Store, it says please make sure your connected to the internet so im thinking this could be cos Safari's not working. Could someone please help =]..x..

How does you computer physically connect to the internet ?

Have any settings changed ?

It sounds like you are having DNS issues ?

Who is your Internet provider ?

Ive got Virgin Media Internet (Modem) Whats DNS?...Im only 16 and dont know much about Mac's..Im finding it really hard to use..x..
