Video scrubbing bar not working in iOS 17.4

After updating my 15 Pro Max to iOS 17.4, I've encountered an issue where the video scrubbing bar no longer controls the main video screen properly. When I open a video and try to use the scrubbing bar by tapping and dragging, the bar itself appears to function correctly, but the main video continues to play unaffected, randomly jumping backward and forward instead of following the scrubber.

Update: I found a workaround, basically pausing the video before moving the bar makes it work normally. Until they fix it themselves, i guess this is something I have to put up with.
