I recently created a set of standards messages as stationery to use as templates.
Running OS X Lion 10.7.5
I have 4 Mail accounts configured.
I have 2 problems:
1. The stationery items seem to only be available when writing from one of my Mail accounts. When I created them I did not expect them to be associated only with one account.
2. The stationery button is only available for new messages, not when replying to existing messages.
My goal is to include various text in emails that I originate and in response to others from multiple accounts.
I'm interested in
a) whether the above can be made to work, or its a limitation of product.
b) alternatives (other than keeping them all in one text file and using copy and paste)
