Using Publisher file on Mac

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I am the editor of a monthly newsletter. The printer insisted I use Publisher to do my newsletters. The only thing I used my old PC for was the newsletter. Now... The PC is on its last leg (yea).
After doing some research, I downloaded Publisher Plus, and LibreOffice.
I have one of my newsletters on an sd card. How do I get the newsletter off the card and saved onto my MacBook ?

Does your Mac have a card reader? Or do you have a portable USB card reader? Is the SD card in a mobile?

Thanks, I have the sd card in the slot in the Mac. I'm able to view the card now. Not sure how to save the entire newsletter to the Mac.

Open the newsletter then click File ~> Save & choose a destination on your Mac to save it to ... does this work for you?
