Hello all!

Ok, I am embarrassed for asking this because I have tried holding down C and holding down option key. I am trying to use a Linux Live CD (Ubuntu) on my MacBook Pro (See Sig). It's an authentic CD so I don't understand what's going on. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks all!

Is your Mac intel based Searay?

WOW, that seems like a lot of work just to use a Live CD. I am not interested in installing it on my machine, I just wanted to look at it and see how well it worked on a Mac. If it's that much work, then I am probably not going to bother with it. The Mac OS is a good operating system as it is

Thats what I have a HP laptop for ;-)

Currently running Ubuntu...and sometimes this. ( handy tool for network people)
