Using all Canon S800 options on OS X?

I have printed with Canon S800 for several years on OS X, without using options, like draft or grayscale...
Attempting to (re)load the driver, I am forced into Classic, i.e. OS 9. I do not want to go there but use only OS X (10.4).
How can I use all options for Canon S800, on OS X????

Anyone who can help???
