Greetings, I am new to Mac Help and would like some assistance to fix a problem. I was cleaning my Mac and after rebooting keep getting the following notices: Unable to sync '/melrick/Pictures/Photos Library photoslibarary/database/RKAlbum and several other photo library related notices. Any advise on how to fix this problem?

IMac (macOS Mojave) version 10.14.6
Photos Version 4.0
I an not sure if i am using icloud photos. My issue was that my computer was slowing down so I installed CleanMyMac X. It was doing a great job cleaning and then I started deleting folders I thought I didn't need anymore.
I have a WD My Cloud hooked up to my network and a WD My Book as an external HD (storage)
The following messages appear constantly one after the other:
