Two-factor authentification- how to change details?

Dear Helpers,

Today I switched on 2-factor identification via my Mac after having installed mac High Sierra. I appointed a 'trusted phone number' on which I want to receive the authentification code. It works! But accidentally I chose for a spoken message instead of text. I tried to change that (under 'Manage your Account' in 'Two-factor authentification for Apple ID'), but the option does not exist. I even cannot delete the trusted phone number (after which I would have reinstalled it with the text option of course). What's wrong? Thanks in advance for your advice! Dirk

Hello,

Nit sure what is going on, but it sounds like an issue that would probably be best solved by Apple directly, since two-factor authentication is a security procedure and cannot by bypassed.
