Toolbar Change

I was wondering if there is a way to change the color from white to something different on the toolbar. I have a 24" 2021 iMac. Its the part where you can drop the window down, make larger, has home tab, etc. It's has a the address bar also. I thought on my last mac it was a different color, easier to see all the tabs and such. Any suggestions?

Hi,

The Black background with white text is Dark Mode, and is available in Mojave or later, just go to System preferences then choose the general tab.

It didn't change anything, I don't think you can change that, so I guess I'm stuck with what it is.

Sorry it did not help. Can I ask which OS you are running?

Mine changes depending on time of day or manually.
