Time Machine application

When I try to run the Time Machine application, I get an error message that the installation is corrupted or damaged. Is there anyway to download the application again or repair its installation? I no longer have an installation disk. I'm running OSX Lion 10.7.5. Thanks!

Ended up upgrading OSX to Mavericks, which restored Time Machine. Thanks for the response!
