Good morning all.
When I start my IMac I get a light pink screen, The Apple is slipt in 2 different colors and the startup bar advances in different colors. Then I get a blue screen, the computer shuts off and the process starts over. Will not boot in safe mode. I replaced the PRAM battery, no change.
Incidently I started the computer with the monitor out and all 3 fans started, when the monitor is in, fans don't start. I read another artilce about LED's on the power supply, did not see any LEDs anywhere.

I applogize. I thought that since I added it to my information it would show up.
Anyway, it is a Mid 2011 IMac 21.5 running High Sierra, RAM was increased to 32g last year.
I'm not a gamer and use is mostly for my Real Estate business, So no real high demand apps.

No worries...guess i could have looked at the System Specs ;)

Can you upload a photo of the issue. It sounds like the graphics card may be failing.

That's what I was thinking. What to make sure before I start taking it apart.

OK, thanks.

Yes, that could be the graphics board or simply a loose connector.
