Snip v2.0 with macOS Catalina

Since upgrading my MacBook Pro to Catalina, I'm unable to create a snip of a Safari browser page.

Whenever I try to take a snip of the webpage I'm on, the display changes to the image used on my desktop.

Any ideas on how to correct this?
