Hi,

1. Restart your Mac.
2. Press the Command and R keys. You're Mac will boot into macOS Utilities.
3. Select Restore from Time Machine Backup from the list of available options.
4. Click continue on the Restore Your System.
5. Now select the Time Machine Backup.
6. Click continue and select the most recent backup of your Mac's hard drive.
7. Click to continue, and Mac will restore the backup and then restart once it finished.
