Slow G4 iBook

My G4 iBook is running very slow. (OS 10.3.9). It sounds like the HDD is really labouring every time I click the mouse. The coloured rotating wheel appears on the screen often. Is the HDD on the way out or does it need de-fragmenting or could it be some other problem.

Try downloading OnyX for Panther and running it ... could just be a build up of cobwebs ... OnyX will clean out the Caches and optomise the system and might just be what your iBook needs.
