OK, this has me stumped. I've connected within my network from my iMac to my MBP. My login name is the same on each machine. I have enabled sharing on both devices. From my MBP I can see and access all of my user directory files and folders on my iMac. But from my iMac, many of my user directory folders on the MBP are listed as unavailable because I don't have permission. But when I look at those folders individually on my MBP, R/W privileges are given to me for each of those folders. I should add that in each machine, in System Prefs>Sharing, I have R/W permission for all of my folders.
What's going on?? What is making my MBP files and folders inaccessible on my iMac?
