Sharing Photos Using SMB

I have a few different computers in the house that I want to be able to access files on my Mac. I have successfully shared my Movies folder, but when I try to share my iPhoto Library folder, the other PCs don't see the share show up. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I've compared everything with the Movies folder that works and I can't see any differences.

I'm not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
