Sd Card Locked

Well I am using an sd card reader on my mac. I am triyng to put music on my phone as it has a SD reader. But the card is locked. I tried basic terminal commands but no luck, I am using OS x by the way. So how do I unlock this volume? Is there a program to force unlock it?

Well according to command I its an MS DOS File Sysytem(fat-16). plus its says last modified in 1980. I dont own anything that old on my computer so.... Any Ideas as to what I could do?

can you do command and I on the card and see what 'format' the card has been formatted in...
