Mac Pro (Late 2013) display card currents

With 2 Apple 27" displays connected, the Graphics Card currents are radically different -
Graphics Card A Vddci line = 0.02A
Graphics Card B Vddci line = 16.01A
Does anyone have any idea what this means?
I'm not familiar with this, I would have thought these figures should be fairly similar

Not sure why that would be.

-Are they running at the same resolution?
-Which is the main display - with the menu bar and Desktop icons?
