Screen sharing has become choppy. It won't play a video smoothly anymore. There's a delay if I type on the keyboard too. I've rebooted my iMac and my Apple TV. Ive turned off my VPN to see if that was the issue but the problem still exists. My iMac is only 10' or less from my television so its not a distance issue nor are there walls blocking the signal. Both are hardwired. I have the latest updates for my iMac (Sonoma 14.1) and Apple TV (17.1). Audio only plays fine.
Edit: I just did another test. I screen shared a YouTube video from my iPhone to my Apple TV and the video was smooth. So clearly its an issue with the iMac.
