Parallels- sharing files

I have been using Parallels in Windows 10 to use a favorite Windows app. I recently lost my hard drive, and when It was replaced by my local Apple Store, they loaded a new OS (Catalina) to the HD. In the process my virtual machine was corrupted. I purchased a download of Windows 10, and managed to install it. It seems to work, although it looks a bit different from my lost version. My problem is that Windows doesn't know about any of the data in my MacOS environment. I don't think I was using Coherence previously. I went to Parallels help and got a page that says it will tell me how to share files if I read further, but there is nothing further on the page.

-Which version of macOS did you have previously?
-Which version of Parallels?
-Can you post the URL of the Parallels help web page you looked at?
