For some time now just about every time I open a power point presentation from an email my screen locks up on the first page. I have to restart my imac. I have a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM with Mac OSX 10.5.8.
This is really irritating. I don't know if I might have picked up a bug or not. This seemed to start when I first opened up an email with PP from someone that I communicate quite regularly. After several time I began to trash anything I received from this person that had PP on it. It has since expanded to just about all emails with PP on them.
I might point out that I am pretty much still computer illiterate and I would appreciate explanations in simple terms. Thanks for any help,
