Safari - Cannot Establish a Secure Connection

I've been noticing several sites which all require secure connections (Yahoo mail, Banks, Facebook) aren't allowing me too login. Every time I attempt too login too Yahoo mail I get this message:
(Safari can’t open the page “http://www.yahoo.com/r/l6” because it couldn’t establish a secure connection to the server “www.yahoo.com”.)

I'm pretty sure this has something to do with a firewall, does anybody know the specifics?

Have you tried clearing out Safari's Cache? Do you use Little Snitch? If so, could you have inadvertently blocked access to these sites?

Do you have another web browser to test out? Or another user account?

I've cleared the Cache on Safari, and I've tried accessing them on Fire Fox. The sites work fine on my administrator account but not the other users.
