Modem shows good internet connection, can surf with wi-FI When I click safari button on iMac, it does nothing, will not connect.
Safari button does not work

Need much more information:
1. What exact iMac model do you have?
2. What exact Mac OS are you using?
3. When you say "surf with wi-Fi", what browser are you using at those times?
4. Did you try another browser, like Google Chrome (https://www.google.co.uk/chrome/bro...BEgLR1fD_BwE&dclid=CLrJoc-rytYCFQWgUQodkHwFXA), or Opera (http://www.opera.com/download)?
5. What about if you launch Safari directly, that is, from its location within the Applications folder? If it works then, then the link to where the icon is in the Dock is broken.
