quick question

every now and then my computer will freeze up from me runnig to many apps or something. usually if it takes to long i just hold down the power button and turn it off,is that a problem. Also i recently got a cable to plug my computer into my tv the cable was a little short and i accidentally jerked the comp over like a inch while it was on, i havent notiched any data loss i just wanted to know if that was a problem or if im just paranoid .thank you.

Hi there,

with any computer it's best to shut it down, correctly.

You are best, pressing Command+option+escape to force quit a rogue Application if it has crashed.

If the computer (and socket) appear to be okay I wouldn't worry about it !
