QT and iTunes out of sync

Video seems to be 5 -7 frames behind the audio on playback with Quicktime and movies from iTunes. Is there an offset I can apply?

Hello and welcome.

A little more information is needed:

-Which model Mac?
-Which version of OS X?
-Are these movies purchased from the iTunes Store, or imported into iTunes from other sources?
-Are you running either iTunes or QuickTime Player in full screen, or displaying it on an external TV/monitor?

Model - Mac Book Air
OSX - Sierra 10.12.5
iTunes purchased viewing full screen.
