Podcast app won't change starting point.

When I start my Mac's Podcast app, it always starts the same place. I want to adjust it. Command-drag works to change where other apps start, but doesn't change where my Podcast app starts.

Why doesn't command-drag work for this app?

I hold down the ⌘ key and drag my open podcast window to a new location. Both my music app and my podcast app are on my 3rd desktop, but that doesn't appear to matter. But if I command-drag my music app to a new position and then quit it and restart it, it shows up at the new location. If I command-drag my podcast app to a new position then quit and restart it, it opens to its old location.

The podcast app on my wife's Mac works fine. I'm wondering if there is a configuration file I need to delete.
