page layout

Somehow i have made a VERY small work space with word. The notebook layout is fine but the normal page layout is less then a quarter of it's usual size. I have pushed every button i can think of to get the layout back to a full screen. Can someone please advise!!!!

Is this Word for Mac? Which version of Word are you using and which Mac OS X version do you have?

Have you checked the Word Help file for an answer, I'd search for Full Screen ...
