When positioning pointer over an icon, high-lighted text or when composing email, a pop-up box randomly appears containing massively enlarged text of the icon's purpose and/or a phrase from the email. This phenomena started inexplicably without any changes in settings.
Any explanation as to why this is happening or how it may be eliminated would be greatly appreciated.
