OS X 10.3.9 and updating Adobe Flash

My Mother in Law has a iMac G5 running 10.3.9 and a lot of websites she visits (in either Safari or Firefox) now demand an updated version of Flash Player. When I got to Adobe's website the latest version of Flash says it will only work on 10.4 or newer OS. What can I do to help?
