Office Reset

I am suddenly experiencing difficulties with MS Teams, particularly after sharing slides, seems to freeze me out and I have to log out and back in again. She one has suggested downloading Office Reset. questioning how reliable/safe it is. Thanks

OS Ventura 13.1
MS Teams Version 1.6.00.364
Office reset on some thread on a mac chat somewhere - sorry cannot remember. Was doing a lot of panic googling.
