HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 print cartridge failure

Since upgrading my iMac to Catalina 10.15.7, my printer keeps giving me a print cartridge supply system failure. All updated software and drivers, brand new HP 950 and 951 cartridges. Any help?

Hello,

Honestly, it would probably be best to contact HPS Support if you have the latest HP driver installed that is compatible with Catalina. I haven't seen that error caused solely by software. Do you get an error on the printer itself or just in the HP utility on the Mac?
