SOLVED Notes popup window bottom right corner

Hi,
I have a problem with th e'notes' app window piping up from the bottom right corner, because I use photoshop 2022 and there are layer style changes menus I use all the time there, and it is very annoying.

I keep on quitting Notes, but is is back then again.

anyone know how to stop this program other than deleting the app.?
