Where are mij Notes?

Dear Helpers,
My 'Notes' must be somewhere on mij Mac HD. But where? I can create and read them all right, but when something goes wrong it would be nice to find them and reinstall them from the Time Machine. My system: MacBook Pro (late 2013), MacOs High Sierra 10.13.5
