Where can I find software to load into 7.5.3 emulation?

Hi All, Emulating 7.5.3, very snappy and solid on my Yosemite Mac. Now where can I find
software to load into the system and how do I load it. I found software, but only those
saved as .dmg file will copy straight over. Any ideas?
