No summary etc tabs

Hi there,

Just got a new 6s and when I connect to iTunes (12) the usual sidebar doesn't appear, nor do the summary, music etc tabs up the top...

This is all I get...

Please help

Hello and welcome.

Your screenshot looks as if there is an iOS update for your iPhone and it is downloading it. Once you get that installed, then the sidebar and normal tabs should appear in iTunes. There were also updates to Mac OS X and iTunes recently.

-What version of iOS is your iPhone running currently?
-Which model Mac?
-What version of OS X and iTunes?
